One Title Conveyancing Company is run by Tony Marks who is the principal and owner of One Title Conveyancing, having graduated from Law school and having over a decade of experience in all areas of Property Law and Conveyancing transactions and having worked with firms such as Freehills Hollingdale & Page Solicitors and also with the Crown Solicitor's Office.
Tony now currently holds a New South Wales Conveyancing Practicing Licence and has been a sole practitioner for a number of years.
Tony is also a member of the Law Consumer Associates of NSW a non profit organisation helping the general public with all aspects of property law and advising the Law Consumer Association in the preparation to the DIY Conveyancing kits.
Because Tony deals only with property matters and in no other areas of law, he is therefore totally committed to each client's needs and in providing all client's with total client satisfaction.

On a personal note, I can see myself working in no other area of law. It gives me great satisfaction knowing that I have helped someone through the process and the experience when buying or selling a property, because I do believe it is an experience as such that must be handled with the greatest of care and making all client's needs a matter of priority.

Before you decide to sell your home:-
We offer you advice at no obligation as to your legal requirements so as to suit your particular circumstances, such as whether to include in your sale contract a Survey Report, Council Building Certificate or Building Insurance.
Before you sign on a purchase:-
We offer you advice at no obligation prior to signing any purchase contracts your rights and obligations under the contract. We will also provide you after settlement with a copy of your new Certificate of Title showing you as the new registered owner/s.
